Because our work involves custom software development, cloud-based integrations, and strategic marketing assets, our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair exchange of value for both our engineering team and our clients.
1. Digital Service Delivery
All services, including web builds, mobile apps, and SaaS deployments, are provided digitally via the internet. Upon successful deployment to a staging or live environment, the service is considered “delivered.”
2. 30-Day Performance Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new project engagements under specific technical circumstances. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our engineering or if the project deviates significantly from the agreed-upon scope, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days and issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or ACH).

Approval Rights: GNext Solutions LLC reserves the right to evaluate the validity of each refund request based on technical benchmarks and project milestones.
3. Eligibility Criteria for Refunds
Refunds are generally issued in the following specific scenarios:

Non-Delivery of Service: If, due to technical failures on our end, you do not receive initial project drafts or access to a staging environment within 30 days of the order date.

Critical Technical Defects: While we test all products thoroughly, unexpected errors can occur. If a major defect is identified, our Technical Support Team reserves the right to rectify the error within 72 hours. If we fail to correct a confirmed deficiency within this window, a full or partial refund will be issued.

Access Requirement: To qualify for a “Major Defect” refund, the Client must provide our technicians with temporary administrative access to the server/hosting environment to troubleshoot. Refusal to provide necessary access voids the refund eligibility.

Product Not-As-Described: Requests based on “Not-As-Described” must be supported by clear evidence showing how the final build differs from the technical specifications outlined on our website or in the Discovery Document.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Subjective Preferences: Refunds are not honored for “false expectations,” changes in aesthetic taste, or changes in the Client’s business direction after work has commenced.

Communication Silence: If a project stalls due to the Client’s failure to provide feedback or assets for over 30 days, the project is considered “Received and Accepted” by the Client.
5. Protection of Minors (Children’s Policy)
Our services are designed for business entities and individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide services to anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that a minor has initiated a transaction without parental consent, we will terminate the order and remove all associated personal data immediately.
